Q: How do I apply waterslide nail decals? I’ve never tried them before.

Q: Which base and top coats should I use to see the best results?
A: Whichever brand you prefer! Decals are made to work with any sticky base coat and smooth finish top coat. However, when we make content for our TikTok and Instagram, we use Essie and/or Beetles

Q: How long will it last?
A: If you’re using a gel base and top coat, cured with a UV light. The decals will last on the nail until it is removed with an electric nail file or drill

Shipping policy

Cocoa.isms only shipping within the United States. When a customer place an order on our website, it will be processed and you will receive a tracking number via email within 1 - 3 business days. Upon processing, the customer can expect to receive color pods within 3 - 7 business days and custom nail orders in up to 10 business days. All nail orders are made by hand so they do take longer to fulfill.

What is your return policy?

Please review your order thoroughly before checking out, all sales on hair color wax pods and nail designs are final and there are no refunds. If the product is received by the customer, an exchange can be made for a product of equal or greater amount as long as:
  1. The product is unopened or not removed from the packaging

  2. The exchange was requested up to 10 days after receiving the item. 

In the event that you receive the wrong item, you have 4 days from receipt of your package to submit a discrepancy report to cocoa.isms@gmail.com with the subject line:

"Order Discrepancy; Order# XXXXXXXX"
