Are waterslide nail wraps easy to use?
Yes, our waterslide nail wraps are designed for easy application. With a bit of practice, you'll be able to create stunning nail art designs in minutes.

Can I apply waterslide nail wraps over gel or acrylic nails?
Yes, our nail wraps can be applied over gel or acrylic nails. However, we recommend applying them over a dry base (e.g., fully cured gel or acrylic) for best results.

How long do waterslide nail wraps last?
Waterslide nail wraps can last up to 1-2 weeks on your nails, depending on your nail care routine and daily activities. We recommend applying a clear topcoat to seal the wraps for longer wear.

Can I remove waterslide nail wraps easily?
Yes, you can remove waterslide nail wraps easily using nail polish remover. Simply soak a cotton pad in the remover and hold it on the nail wrap for a few seconds, then gently peel off the wrap.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What if I receive damaged or defective nail wraps?
If you receive damaged or defective nail wraps, please contact our customer support team at contact@cocoaisms.com with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Can I return nail wraps if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date if the nail wraps are unused, uncut, and in their original packaging. You'll also need to order a return label. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
