Return Policy:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uncut, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time Limit: We accept unused returns within 7 days from receipt of your order. Items must be unused and intact.
Non-returnable Items: Used, cut, soiled, or damaged nail wraps are not eligible for return.
Return Process: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received). Our returns are self-service. You will be prompted to select "return" on the order you'd like to send back and purchase a USPS Ground Shipping label. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
